Position Highlights:

Practice: A rapidly growing dental practice serving a diverse patient base, primarily younger adults. Providing a full range of general dentistry services, including endodontics, dentures, root canals, and optional implants depending on provider comfort.
Schedule: Flexible Monday to Friday daytime schedule starting at 8 AM.
No nights, No weekends, and No on-call duties, offering an excellent work-life balance.
Patient Volume: Dentists typically see 15-25 patients per day.

Qualifications:

Must hold an active Pennsylvania Dental License.
Strong work ethic and proficiency in all areas of general dentistry.
Commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits:

All lab fees 100% covered, earning potential $400,000
Starting daily rate for new grads, with opportunities for mentorship.
75% employer-covered health insurance for full-time employees.
In-house sponsorship for Continuing Education (CE) credits.
